Payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller. We never store your full credit card details.

  • Maintain and improve Briefly
  • Detect abuse and protect our platform
  • Manage subscriptions and billing through Paddle
  • Provide customer support

We do not sell your data to third parties.

3.1 Voice & Text Inputs

  • Temporary processing only
  • Deleted automatically within 24 hours (or sooner)
  • Used only to provide the service

3.2 Account Data

  • Stored until you delete your account
  • Records required for tax/compliance (via Paddle) may be kept longer

4. Paddle Payment Processing

We use Paddle.com as our payment processor and merchant of record.

Paddle handles:

  • Payments
  • VAT/GST compliance
  • Fraud checks
  • Invoices and receipts

8. Refund Policy

Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Paddle under their reseller policies. Users may request a refund through paddle.net

9. Age Restrictions

Briefly is not intended for children under 13. If you are between 13–18, you must have parental permission.

10. AI Model Usage

Briefly uses third-party AI models (e.g., OpenAI). Your input may be sent to these models for processing.

We do not allow AI companies to use your data to train their models.
